THIS TRIP TO BOSTON I decided, for many reasons, to move to Boston for the summer. I'm staying with my best friend's older brother, Jay. And, since I was making the trip, my best friend's younger brother, Edward, decided to come along - to see the sights and to help me carry things. Since he'd never really been east of Omaha (sorry, Ed, but it's essentially true), we decided to make some minor detours along the way. Thus: Chicago, Niagara Falls, and Canada - none of which were more than 40 minutes off our route, strangely enough. In addition to taking some way-awesome pictures, I decided, in a moment of frustration, that the best way to sum up the journey was in haiku. You may read these literary masterpieces on the Boston Haiku Page. Once we arrived in Boston, we tourist-ed there, then took a day trip to New York City, and one to Plymouth (think Pilgrims). Those pictures are here, too. All of the pictures contained on this page and in the resulting popup windows are Copyright © 2003. Scott Rieker. All Rights Reserved.
